GCE Healthcare is proud to announce the latest addition to our innovative Ambulance Panel System (APS) range. The new hose with the terminal unit and changeover version allows for even greater flexibility in building a complete ambulance gas supply system tailored to specific needs.
Designed as a comprehensive system, the Ambulance Panel System is integral for managing and delivering medical gases like Oxygen (O2), Air, and Oxygen-Nitrous Oxide Mixture (O2+N2O) within ambulance environments. The APS is engineered for versatility, allowing users to combine components into various configurations, making it easier to adapt to different use cases.
GCE Healthcare's medical gas outlets provide quick and secure connections to ambulance gas systems, complying with ISO 7396 and EN 1789 standards. Available in recessed and exposed versions, these units are built to last and can be upgraded after 10 years without structural modifications. All components are made from brass, ensuring longevity and reliability. The outlets are designed for simple installation and feature fast connection and disconnection capabilities, essential for the fast-paced environment of emergency care. They are small, easy to clean, and comply with international colour coding for medical gases, making them ideal for medical use.
The hoses in the system connect to the regulators and panels, designed to withstand the rugged conditions of road ambulances. Manufactured to meet EN ISO 5359, EN 1789, and Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC standards, they are available in configurable lengths from 0.5 to 10 meters, clamped and tested for immediate installation. Delivered with antistatic properties, they feature standard G3/8" connections and offer a wide range of country-specific fittings. For enhanced durability, low-pressure hoses are also available with stainless steel reinforcement.
The new changeover system guarantees uninterrupted gas flow by seamlessly switching between gas supplies, enhancing patient safety and operational reliability in critical situations. This feature ensures that ambulances are equipped with continuous gas supply solutions without manual intervention during transport.
By offering a customizable solution with a focus on safety, ease of use, and flexibility, GCE Healthcare continues to support healthcare providers in delivering the highest level of care in emergency settings.
