Each medical SOV is individually leak-tested before delivery to guarantee reliability.
High-Quality Seals
The ball is sealed with a washer of PTFE, and the stem is sealed with two silicon O-rings or a PTFE washer for superior durability.
Robust Housing Seals
The medical gas shut-off valve housings are sealed with an EPDM quality O-ring, providing an additional layer of protection.
Maintenance-Free
No maintenance required—the ball valve does not need servicing, and when necessary, the whole valve is exchanged.
Compliance Standards
Complies with Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC, EN ISO 7396-1 (Central Gas Supply System), and EN 331 (Manually operated ball valves).
