Customer service and safety are very important to us. We provide our customers with customer support through our local distributors, GCE sales offices, contracting local service centers or GCE training tailor-made according to customer needs.

Our support

Repair & Maintenance Records Feedback

GCE gas products are designed, produced, used & eventually repaired under CE Marking or medical MDD Directive / MDR (when applicable).

Any repair & maintenance on GCE product must be recorded. These record sheets have to be sent via email to:

med.maintenance@gcegroup.com (for Medical products)

The record sheet template provided during the GCE training should be used. It should include:

• Serial number or batch number
• What was done
• By who & when.

When submitting any GCE product for repair or maintenance using this form, you agree to the following:

• That only GCE Authorized Persons with valid certification, perform repairs or maintenance on products which they were validated for.
• To follow at all times GCE Instructions For Maintenance (IFM) or GCE special written instructions.
• To contact GCE local coordinator or trainer for any questions or documentation.

• To use only GCE original spare parts.
• As well as GCE Instructions, to be responsible to apply any local applicable regulations (in particular but not limited to: labor and safety regulations, informing and training your own customers).
• As part of the mandatory feedback for CE Marking and to ensure the GCE warranty, please provide GCE with a record sheet of all repairs and maintenance using the agreed-upon document format.
• To keep a copy of this record for a minimum of 10 years.

Our intent is to offer quick and high quality service as well as to protect the health of our staff. Therefore we kindly ask for your understanding that we can only accept the return of our units and their corresponding accessories with a completed declaration. If this declaration is missing we reserve the right to refuse and return the equipment at the customer’s expense.
