The GCE MC80 Duplex gas manifold system comprises the MC80 HP Unit, MC80 stabilizer, and a gas alarm system for complete and secure gas control for critical applications.
1.MC80 HP Unit
The MC80 HP Unit includes two regulators with pressure relief valves and is connected to two cylinder banks via high-pressure hoses. When the active cylinder bank is depleted, the system automatically switches to the reserve bank, ensuring an uninterrupted gas supply.
2. MC80 Stabilizer
The stabilizer maintains constant operating pressure in the distribution system. The module is equipped with two regulators featuring pressure relief valves. By reducing gas pressure in two stages, it minimizes pressure drops during cylinder switchovers. Additionally, the unit is designed for easy connection to a liquid oxygen supply tank (LOX).
3. Gas Alarm System - Based on the product variant
GCE's user-friendly gas alarm system boasts simple controls and handy functionalities. It electronically monitors and alerts for high or low distribution pressure, high intermediate pressure issues, leakage from the reserves, and operating side changes. The product is either equipped with an alarm system or a sensor only.
